Your Role:
- Identifying and Sourcing Job Postings: Utilize various platforms and tools to find and match diverse job openings for our pool of clients.
Screen Resumes: Review and assess resumes to ensure clients meet the required qualifications and fit the job openings. - Industry Research: Conduct thorough research on clients’ industries to accurately represent their job opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality standards for all job postings.
- Maintain Databases: Keep accurate records of clients’ job openings and update our job posting link database regularly.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve sourcing methods.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update your progress, participate in online training sessions, and share your expertise with the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a mandatory requirement.
- Excellent English Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using MS Office, Gmail, Al tools, and various job posting platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sourcing metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to organize and manage job posting data effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and openness to ongoing training and new processes.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
